Move Back to Love!
Notice each day whether you are choosing to live in fear or love. Fear can keep you disconnected from the loving presence inside of you. Causing fear is a tactic of the ego, whether it be your own ego or the world’s ego. The world’s ego is a reflection of individual ego power and the amount of fear that is active. Fear is present when we forget that we are a part of God’s divine design. Learning to experience authentic love means abandoning ego’s insistence that you have much to fear and that you are in an unfriendly world. You can make the decision to be free from fear and doubt and return to the brilliant light of love that is always with you. Who you really are is that unclouded love.
Here are some ideas for bringing love rather than fear into your life:

Here are some ideas for bringing love rather than fear into your life:
- Remind yourself that God created you in perfect love that is changeless and eternal. Your body is changing, as is your mind, so you are not that body or mind. You were created as a spirit that is pure love. That is where you want to keep your attention focused.
- Forgive yourself and welcome love back into your life. When you can do this, a kind of balancing occurs. Rather than atoning for faults with guilt, you are more committed to promoting joy and service. You will begin to do what you originally came here to do.
- Notice the acts of kindness other people do rather than their shortcomings. This is how the loving presence views you. We are all good, decent, loving souls who occasionally get lost. When you can focus on the good in another and hold that in your mind, you are acting from your higher self. This can help dissipate fear and anger.
- Remind yourself of how much you have to give away and of how precious and valuable your giving is. You have the same force running through you that allows the planets to move, the earth to turn, the seeds to sprout, and the flowers to open. There is not a separate God for each person. There is one universal intelligence flowing through all of us.
- Accept that you are enough. When ego begins trying to attract you toward fear, say loudly, “I am enough!” You do not need to be anything you are not. You do not need to prove yourself. You do not need to indulge your ego with fears and to keep your real self at a distance. “I am enough” affirms that you choose to love and chase doubts and fears away.

The Power of Presence
All
pain, frustration, sadness and anger stems from something that we focus on in
the past or the future. If we are truly
in the present moment and embracing the very essence of who we are in the now,
we experience a bliss that words can't describe. There is sense of liberation
that allows us to build true relationships, tap into our god-like
creativity/potential and experience true joy and happiness.
We
have all been guilty of spending far too much time worrying about the future
based on our experiences in the past.
Spending too much time worrying about these time based experiences mean
that you end up forgetting about putting your energy into the most precious
moment –
the Present moment! Think about this for
a second –
has there ever been a time in your life where it hasn’t
been the present moment? Of course
not! We are always physically in the
present moment, but our minds are constantly travelling between the past and
the future –
fearing what has happened and then using those experiences to then create
anxiety about the future.
So
start now and give yourself the gift of spending more time maximising the
enjoyment of the now. When you are with
your loved ones, don’t be thinking about work, be present and loving
for them. Spend time in nature, see the beauty of the trees, the sound of the
birds, the soft breeze brushing off your face.
By all means, have a clear vision of your future, but pour your heart
and soul into the present moment and watch the creative energy flow J
Always
remember, yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery but the present moment is
a gift!

Give Yourself Permission to be Happy!
I love this question. I often ask my clients this. Usually they tell me they aren't very happy and it always makes me sit up straight. Why are they unhappy? What could be making them unhappy? From my perspective they have thriving businesses, healthy families, and lots of things going well for them. I know this because we start our coaching sessions with celebrations and accomplishments. So for them to later say that they aren't very happy always takes me by surprise.
It turns out they didn't get a client they thought there were going to get, their day didn't go as planned, they got a bill they forgot about, something was more money than they expected. At home, their kids aren't behaving, their husband isn't cooperating or something is going on that they don't like. Some have sickness in their families or in themselves. Whatever it is, it's bringing them down from feeling like they can be happy.
I try to teach them that their happiness is directly related to how they feel about themselves and the world around them. It's how they see all the things that are in their life (or not) and how they feel about them. And this goes for you too.
Say you are trying to lose weight, and are taking steps to do so, but are not seeing much progress. Yet your gym buddy is shedding the pounds faster than you can say "hey". In this scenario you might feel bad about yourself, which in turn will make you feel like you are not happy. But wait a minute... what if you were to congratulate your gym buddy, be happy for her and be happy with what you have accomplished so far? Do you think that might shift you away from feeling bad? You bet! What happens is you now take the focus off of her and the judging of yourself off of you, and put your attention on yourself and what you have done.
Happiness really comes from our feelings, which comes sometimes from our perceptions, thoughts, beliefs, patters, behaviors and experiences.
Stop for a moment and ask yourself, "In this moment, what am I feeling?" One of the things that I have been practicing, as well as sharing with my clients -- and pretty much everyone because I think it's so impactful -- is a line in Eckhart Tolle's book the Power of Now. He says "Focus your attention on the Now and tell me what problem you have at this moment." It's insightful because if you truly focus on the Now, you can't have a problem. A problem usually is born when we are in the future and thinking about what might happen to us or others.
In order to be happy more of the time, be in your present moment because that is all you have. If you have a moment that isn't to your liking, then do something about it. Make a change, take an action, do something. Simply by changing how we think and feel, we can change the experience we have.
Let me give you an example. I had a relative that was sick for a long time -- I'm talking months in and out of the hospital. Things needed to be done, meetings held with the medical staff, organization of personal bills, and care for the house and such. There were a lot of drop-everything-and-race-to-the-hospital moments. It was stressful and, no, I was not happy for many reasons. My relative whom I love was sick and in pain, I had to put my own life and business on hold for days sometimes, and I had to say no to a lot of opportunities both in my personal life and business because we needed to care for our relative. So when I asked myself if I was happy, the answer was no.
Then I realized I was not living in my Now! Instead I was living in the land of the "what ifs" -- and not the what-if-something-great-happens. I recognized that I never have a problem in my Now. My problems arise when I set foot outside of Now and go into Future. I realized I could be happy when I went the hospital and that absolutely helped my sick relative as I wasn't bringing all my doom and gloom in when I visited. Of course, it helped me feel better and all of a sudden, things around me started to look better.
We only have one life to live. It's important for us to remember that we are the driver of our life and we have a right to be as happy as the next person. So pay attention to your feelings, your thoughts, your actions... and take note. "Am I happy? What do I need to let go of in order to be happy? Is it a feeling? Is it a thought? Is it an action?"
Today, give yourself permission to be happy -- as happy as you want -- because it's the greatest gift you give to yourself, those around you and the world.

Get on Top of Your Stress and Anxiety!
Master Your Emotional Health and Master Your Life
Posted by cgrimes on Nov 13 2013

Emotional mastery is the key to living a life that you direct. The capacity to have absolute direct power over what you feel in every single moment—no matter what happens around you—is one of the most important skill sets you can have.
There are three forces in the world that determine what you feel. These forces are called the Triad. Together, these three patterns create any—and every—emotional state.
Whatever you feel, you’re not feeling it because you have to feel it. You’re feeling it because you’ve chosen from the Triad. In order to master your emotions and consciously choose the emotions you want to live in, you need to understand these three forces and how to use them to your advantage.
#1: Physiology
Emotion is created by motion. Whatever you’re feeling right now is directly related to how you’re using your body. If you slump your shoulders and lean your head forward, you’ll move toward a state of depression. However, the next time you find yourself in a negative state, stand up, throw your shoulders back and take a few deep breaths. You’ll find that you’re able to put yourself in a resourceful state. From this state, you can make stronger decisions and enjoy a sense of certainty that will keep you calm in the face of uncertainty.#2: Language
Language comes in many forms, one of which includes the questions you ask yourself, either aloud or inside your head. If you ask, “Why does this always have to happen to me?” you’ll create a much different set of emotions than if you asked, “How can I benefit from this?” or “Where’s the gift in this?” or “What’s humorous about this?”The language patterns you run play a significant role in the meaning you give a situation—and the emotion that situation creates in you. When you feel negative emotions taking over, look at the language surrounding your situation. How can you shift it to create a more empowering state?
#3: Focus
Where focus goes, energy flows. And where energy flows, whatever you’re focusing on grows. In other words, your life is controlled by what you focus on. That’s why you need to focus on where you want to go, not on what you fear. When you next find yourself in a state of uncertainty, resist your fear. Shift your focus toward where you want to go and your actions will take you in that direction.Understanding—and influencing—your Triad is the first step toward emotional mastery. When you can influence your emotions using the Triad, you can choose to spend more time in positive, resourceful emotional states. From these states, you’ll make the decisions that will help you reach your highest potential and enjoy your life in every moment.

The Morning Makeover!
The Morning Makover
The difficult thing about mornings for most of us is simply just getting up! Instead of going out for a run, reading, reflecting, meditating or developing ourselves in some capacity, we are lured back to the warmth and coziness of our bed. Yes, the soft mattress is ever so seductive but we really do throw away precious time which we can use to better ourselves. Most of us have a ‘Snooze’ relationship with our alarm clock, where we try and stay in the bed as long as we possibly could before we have to drag ourselves out of the bed to go to the job that we do not love and/or tackle the life that we don’t like etc etc.
As Tony Robbins says ‘You will get a lousy answer, if you ask yourself a lousy question”. Likewise a lousy start to your morning means a lousy day ahead. So really start living consciously now

We recognise that mornings can be really hectic for most of us whether it’s the need to get to work early, or to get your children ready but it is still important to have “your time” first thing in the morning to get ready for the day ahead.
The morning makeover suggestions here are game changing. These suggestions are simple but if implemented will set in motion the experiences throughout the day that will help you create an exceptional life, the life that you have always dreamed of. Here are the three parts of what we refer to as the ’Hour of Power’, a routine to nourish your body, mind and soul. If you do not have time to go through the whole exercise, start with one ritual by giving yourself 10-15 minutes each day and then build on it. Remember that the time for self renewal is absolutely necessary for each one us.
Soul – 15 Minutes
Spend the first few minutes of your day in gratitude. Think about all the things that you are grateful for in your life. It will get rid of the anxiety and fear from your life and prevent you from focussing on the things that are missing in your life. Then spend time meditating and reflecting on the things that you want to achieve in your life. This will engage your subconscious mind to help achieve your goals and mission. This should not take you more than 10-15 minutes, so go ahead and give your soul the nourishment that it needs to help you live the life of your dreams.
Body – 30 Minutes
Your body gets dehydrated while sleeping, so start your morning with a glass of water with lemon and do some form of physical activity like running, strength training or get on the bike if thats your thing. Something like a light 30 minute run at a pace in which you can still talk will help get the oxygen flowing through your body without building too much lactic acid. Following this, go and have your breakfast and ensure it’s something that’s highly nutritious – Go Green and take in as many vegetables as possible and limit the amount of acidic foods you take in i.e. Coffee, Tea. Its all about starting the day with energy and vitality!
Mind – 15 Minutes
Now that you have looked after your body and soul it’s time to feed our mind with positive food. Read about great people, a subject of your interest or anything that will help you grow. There is always someone out there that knows more so read about them and kick start the day with inspiration!
Now the final step is to review your yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily goals that you have already planned – you’ve done them, right

Remember the ideas above are to help you give a great start to your day. You don’t have to be overwhelmed by making all the changes at once, start with a ritual that feels good to you and build on it.
Remember, this is all about having fun and feeling great! So enjoy each of these steps! Life is about the 1 percenters – small steps daily will lead to giant leaps in the long run! Remember every morning you have two choices, you either go back to sleep or wake up and chase your dreams. What are you going to choose?
Live intentionally

Two Keys to Realising your Dreams!
Two Keys to Realising your Dreams!
Let Love Guide the Way
There is something magical that happens when our intention is filled with love with whatever we pursue in life. There is a joy and passion with which we operate in. Whenever opportunities come our way, we jump at them with open arms, rather than letting fear or anxiety push us away.Everything happens in harmony with the fundamental laws of the universe and we attract all the people and circumstances into our life that are required to make our dreams a reality – yet whilst we set goals to continue progressing, each moment is the very definition of living the dream. We are motivated by sheer love and passion, rather than desire to be significant or fulfil any other ego related desires which, in the end, always fail to create lasting fulfilment.
Throughout your everyday lives, let love guide the way. Ask yourself, “what is it that I just love doing? What is it that I just lose all track of time and get completely lost in the moment in?”. When you answer that question honestly and sincerely, you will be setting up the foundations for an absolutely extraordinary quality of life!
Make it a must!
We often spend a lot of time trying to chase goals but whenever we get to those moments that there are a few obstacles, we falter on our quest. Sure there may be a number of reasons for that, but one of the most common is that it hasn’t converted from being a should to a must. Imagine for a moment we asked you to go out and make a million dollars in the next year – do you think you could do it?I would guess that most of the readers wouldn’t back themselves to do so. Now we’ll have another go at asking the same question – only this time you have to make that money or else a family member will be unable to complete necessary treatments for their life threatening illness. I will guarantee that almost everyone will say yes to this. What’s the difference? Of course, not only do you have a strong enough reason, but you’ve made it a must.
When we make something an absolute must, we shut off any part of us that says we can’t do something and we will work at all costs to make it a reality. Regardless of what challenges we come across, we find a way to get through them because failure simply isn’t an option. We have laser pointed focus and we get the job done because we have to! Find a reason, make it a must, and watch your dreams become a reality
